I was literally talking about this offline with a fellow poster yesterday.
This is my opinion.
Considering alot of NSW politicians have previously commented on this project its extremely likely this will be delegated to someone from a far away corner in Australia or someone who hasn't commented.
For example the current resources Minister Madeline King has previously commented on PEP11 and most likely ineligible to be Joint Authority Decision maker as it will just end up in court again with the procedural fairness claim.
Lets not forget NOPTA have previously recommended approval too.
