was just talking to a fellow SH about exactly this. My thinking is Houssos will do it by the book and not speak publicly. Barilaro was a loose unit who was only ever about himself so going rogue was hardly surprising. As a SH I would prefer the NSW Minister informed the market but I don't believe there is any obligation to do so.
