Can we explore the possible reasons why, if any, that the scheming Politicians can try and find ANY reason, not to approve, and weasel their way out of this. Using a legal out.
Given their (Albos)current bashing over the REF , he will be hesitant in anything that will cast him in a even worse light. I know they can't go down the road of Scumbags folly, but I just don't trust them to not come up with some other BS.
