Congratulations on getting yourself a mortgage where you need to work another 30 years and have secure ongoing employment all that time.

We've been told to go to university, get a good job, save for a mortgage then work the rest of our lives paying that off.

That is such a trap to get a mortgage. I'm selling my apartment. I bought it 2 years ago for $620 000. I'm selling it now 2 years later for $650000.
So in 2 years with my $120000 deposit I'll be up $30000.

With cryptocurrency in such a bull market, you can double your money within 1 week.

So I'm deciding to be financially free, investing my money into crypto and also other strong growth shares.

From these BPH shares alone, I will be able to buy a property in cash, and also be financially free, never working again, just choosing wise investments.

I'll get $150000 (my deposit) back from the sale of my apartment- re invest in crypto which has 10x, 20x, 50x, 100x gains in a short period of time.

Getting a mortgage is a trap.
This is my opinion of course.
