Bought a house in Canley heights for $530k sold 2 years later for $730k this was 2012. From 2012 to 2017 houses and apartments were a bull market, now we are on a cycle where houses and apartments aren't so hot.
Houses do have a upside for gains, apartments, way too much oversupply and Covid has stopped rich chinese coming in and buying.
