this was always going to go ahead in my opinion its just timing on keiths behalf, theres been a few bumps in the road recently with scomo and newcastle herald etc, KP always seen to be doing the right thing the last thing he wants is to completely undermine those opposite directly after theyve released a statement against PEP-11 again which they have been doing alot lately. once he sees fit he will approve maybe with a bit more evidence up his sleeve and playing the east coast gas shortage card. good luck to all holders in the upcoming weeks
