Why don't they just knock it on the head? what have they got to lose if they they do ? why drag it on and on ? It's in the their power as the JA to do so, they don't have to go on noptas advice they can approve or not approve on many reasons outside of noptas decision, that is documented fact. They must have something bigger to lose than some marginal seats or they would have canned it by now. I don't what that is but i bet they do..
