The 31/12/2018 ASX announcement regarding PEP-11's seismic results were not overwhelmingly positive. That is why they wanted to do the 3D seismic before drilling, which is what they tried to do before they changed their mind.
So the question still remains, is the evidence sufficient. I would say it is debatable.
