I think this ( carbon capture ) was always the wrapping. Lots of things therein that appeal to the jargon-speak ignorami among the great unwashed.

To some it'll be the essential quality of the gambit. In reality its either icing on an already 'sound' and digestible cake or for some a whole seperate entity unto itself. Truth be told it's all of these but it ought notbe the litmusby which it's approved.

That said....i really couldnt care about the 'why' ...just as long as it IS.

This needs approval asap. Work needs to commence.
