If they really want to prevent the world from heating another 1.5c then they will have to start coming down hard on India and China which are both hiding behind the third world ticket while still using and building coal power stations and burning brown coal [ dirty coal ] they could at least use the good stuff.
CCS is going to be the saving grace for PEP11 and with the help of prof Cook the message will get out there.
