There is zero doubt in my mind that Libs want to approve. Looks like 3 potential scenarios for this stock to me:
1. KP is going to approve this in the next month or so on the back of the CCS technology and promote it as an extremely green project. KP will take responsibility and Scomo can put his hands up and say "wasn't my call".
2. Libs wait til after the election, they win the election and PEP-11 gets approved pretty quickly
3. Libs wait til after the election, they lose and PEP-11 dies
Being that the share price is likely to go up around 7x on approval I think the odds are very good. I don't particularly like the fact that my BPH holdings are a gamble, but that's essentially what they are. The odds are just too compelling to ignore
I tell you what though, if it comes down to option 2/3 I will be backing up the truck to buy more shares as soon as it becomes evident the Libs are going to win
