Yes B, it could be that. He definitely wouldn't want to make a comment that caused a potentially false run on BPH and BUY. But, that theory may not stand up as he is downgrading his previous public comment which was "soon". You and I both hold the view that KP won't play Russian Roulette with PEP11, we don't think he will defer until after the election in the "hope" that the LNP win. But, the downgrade to "in due course" doesn't sit terribly well with me. JMO and hopefully he has the courage to deal with this departmental matter in a timely fashion.
