Based on the actual meaning of "In due course" I'd actually take that as a positive. Just mean's now is not the correct time to make my announcement. We all know there is plenty of politics surrounding PEP-11 and this statement to me means KP has potentially made his decision and is waiting on other things in Parliament to be sorted prior.
KP isn't stupid, he knows any comments he makes directly involving PEP-11 will have significant impacts on the share price as he said in the radio interview this morning.
