Well its a emerging technology and it will become cheaper in time but you also need to remember its the Australian Federal Government that has set that price of $20 per tonne for CCS as the Federal Government is currently charging $23 per tonne which is one of the lowest in the world.
For example countries in Europe charge ~$140 per tonne.
