Very likely, but it all comes down to the reasons the JA give for declining the application. If they are lawful reasons, it could be tricky. If they are not, then BPH/Advent would likely win. Personally, I think it all comes down to the NOPTA recommendation, if the JA goes against NOPTA then Advent would most likely win, JMO. Only issue for us shareholders is how long would that process take?
