KP must stand some what aloof and impartial from the fray of daily comments for fear of appearing to come from a pre disposed or bias position when one eventually is handed down. Its not in SH's interest to have legal challenges around veracity of the process or the Ministers lack of adherence to matters.
PEP 11 hold ups in my mind are clearly sheeted home to Scott Magabe's back room interference; both directly by his ill considered comments and providing sustenance of hope to the flakey flock he flies with. (fellow turkeys).
