I don't mean to offended any trans-Tasman cousins here, but this is disgraceful.
Your government has utterly failed in its duty here in my opinion.
On the face of media reporting, a senior politician, the PM no less, appears to have run roughshod over a regulatory process which does not involve him. Worse, he seems to be presenting himself as the decision-maker in the media.
The message this sends to industry and sovereign risk is terrible. It is the stuff of banana republics.
I said in a post a while ago it was time for DB to put on his big boy pants and take legal action. Time to lawyer-up. Please name Scomo in the suit.
