I have faith in the protocol of NOPTA and JA. I am also having faith in knowing the SM is a political hack and this is a ploy to shaft the Nationals on their agenda. KP being silent and letting it all play out before signing off, that way the Liberals can cry that they were opposed to it, hence gaining confidence votes in those marginal seats they are sweating about. No guarantee though.

There must be shockwaves rippling through the whole O&G industry on the back of this. They would simply not allow political interference of this scale to affect approvals process etc. Too much money involved and at a time when we are in an energy crisis to stem the flow of investment into this sector would be the The Fed Govt shooting themselves in the foot.
