I agree, allow BPH could just get on with the job , but 10 years on from the last drill attempt , the JV and/ or JA are in no rush to drill anytime soon and with DB changing the Scope at the 11th hour to drill to 3175, we maybe waiting for something yet.
IMO and as I stated in the past this could be BPH/ DB plan, continue selling the dream of SH wealth $$$ without ever sinking a hole !!!
