This approval could go either way, there is a lot of political pressure to say no to the approval and Keith will face a lot of backlash if he does approve PEP11 - although he is no stranger to it. I just don't get if it was an easy decision why he hasn't already made it? Are we still waiting for recommendations?
I don't think this is a as much of a slam dunk as people seem to think.
