@twistcandy You haven't referenced the source but I presume it to be NSW Parliament. Their stance against PEP11 dates back to 2015 so this is no surprise. Their objections basically boil down to there being no financial benefit to the NSW Govt due to PEP11 being in Commonwealth waters -> no royalties for the state. They are quite happy to go ahead and pollute the farmland, rivers systems, and aquifiers of the Narrabri region with a CSG project tho.
