    My take is that ScoMo and KP are both pro PEP11. In the video below ScoMo said he was opposed, but re-watching the video it's notable that he did not say it will not happen, his tone was "yeah I'm not a fan but we'll see". In the end, I think he will allow KP to take the heat and claim that it was ultimately his decision etc etc

    It's not a matter of if they want to approve PEP11, it's a matter of when to approve and under what context will it be most publically palatable. I think preventing damage to the COVID recovery is one highly palatable context and the CCS opportunity is another. I think this noise from the business community around the need for cheap gas will give KP the opportunity he has been waiting for.
