With regards to your question on possible new dates for the permit years of PEP-11 if the application is approved, please note that the 24 month suspension and extension was requested for Permit Year 4, which was supposed to end on 12/02/2020. This means if approved in full, regardless of the approval date, the end of Permit Year 4 will be extended by 24 months to 12/02/2022.

Whether or not consideration is given to include the time taken to make a decision is a matter for the Joint Authority.

Once again please note that a decision has not been made yet on either of the applications.

My question: (posed the question in early April)

Just after a clarification regarding the decision making of PEP-11

As both applications have requested a 24 suspension and extension of the drill work program which would equate to a request of the program to show 13/2/2021 to 12/2/2022 (drill window)

But as the ministers have delayed past the start of the window to make a decision, do the dates line up with the new approval date.

As an example only, if an approval is granted on the 8^th of April, does the drill program now reflect the 9/4/2021 to 8/4/2022.

Just trying to understand if the delay is considered or not.
