Update to the above comment, it is being reported in the media that Keith Pitt has issued John Barilaro a formal request to provide his decision. This is likely to be a Notice under Section 59(3) of the NOPTA legislation. If this correct, John Barilaro has a maximum of 30 days to submit his decision. If he does not do so, Keith Pitt is empowered to make the decision without John Barilaro.
