NSW Deputy Premier John Barilaro has slammed a decision by the Independent Planning Commission (IPC) to reject a coal mine expansion project beneath Sydney's drinking water catchment, vowing to introduce legislation to overturn the ruling. What's this guys angle. No gas 30 ks offshore but digging coal out from under Sydney's water table is fine, i don't get it. There's been more protest about this from locals than pep11. strange.
