There is a strong indication that a decision is due very shortly. As per the Department of Industry and Science's own protocol, the joint authority will delegates will try and finalise the advice provided by NOPTA within 10-15 business days as shown below. The NEATS portal is showing that NOPTA's advice has been with the Joint Authority (i.e. the State and Commonwealth Ministers) for 32 days as of now. The failed efforts in the NSW Parliament to shelve this are, I'm sure, one of many reasons why the decision has now stretched out to more than double the expected timeframe.

Nonetheless, with every day that passes, the closer that everyone is to finding out what the final decision will be and a potential outcome (either way). I've bought in, so am personally hopeful that more speculation will drive the share price up to provide a good base for when the final decision is handed down. All signs point to approval, but it is risky and can go either way. Good luck to everyone!
