Respectively disagree mate, Judge Jackson's only remit is to determine if the decision was carried out lawfully. It is not to determine the merits of the case or hold anyone to account. The Judge will not make a ruling on whether a government has been slack or not unless Asset has included this in their submission which, from my research, is notoriously hard to prove.
