I agree, I think JJ is going to be disgusted with the ALP's conduct. The ALP were a party to the consent orders and they have basically flipped the bird at JJ, both in terms of compliance, and in terms of delaying their decision. There is no argument that the ALP can raise to justify their handling.
Will the hearing be open? No idea, no PEP11 case has ever made it to hearing, read into that what you will.
