    The PEP decision would be a ministerial decision imo and would not have to be approved by Parliament. The parties could agree tomorrow to drop the legal case and have the PEP 11 extension approved. The Greens could whinge and carry on but they’ve said little about Narrabri /Woodside approvals.
    ‘Really imo the only stumbling block now is Albo and his Lefty ideas. We shall see.
