I can see where the gov is going with the gas.

But I also see no legal reason to decline Pep11.

Scomo was done on public opinion / bias.
Husic I doubt wins on money as it is subjective.

He, nor scomo never used environmental concerns, surprising as that is the gist of the public opinion argument.

I'd assume as no grounds. That leaves no reason to decline in the future if husics decision is set aside.

I think the federal gov will file a defence, asset will file a reply in response to defence.

In two of my cases, it was after reply filing, the defence wished to mediate.

Asset has the last bite at the Cherry with reply and it gives them opportunity to close up any weakness in there case.
