Correct mate, we won't know for sure until the 25th. Pep11 has been a big issue for the government for many years in a sense that they cannot and have failed to illegally get rid of it (poor albo corruption didn't get him out of this one) and with that being said the government has a habit of not rushing to make decisions when it comes to submissions therefore I wouldn't be surprised if it mediation starts very close to that date (If it hasn't already began). GLTASH! This is so fkn close to wrapping up IMO
