Just sent him a message relating to the "Lodging their defence has no bearing on model litigant compliance" but then cannot pursue it further? If correct, then lodging would be a mute point.
It's like showing your hand, but then folding on the next flip. It's fine, until the cards you were holding show evidence for further financial damage. Substantial financial damage at that. Absolutely insane for them to do IMO. Hence why I would be baffled if they choose to lodge.
