You cant state that a denial is legal until its been tested in court. And as has been stated dozens of times to you the Governments decision (legality pending) has been set aside by Judge Jackson, hence the PEP11 permit remains current until such time as a determination is made in court. The merits of former Minister Husics, or should we say the Labor Caucus decision on PEP11 will be tested.
