Since 3X dumped down BPH in 2024 to double down on MMR on the Cap raise and compounded hes losses he took spreading BS on HC to a new level imo, by continually spreading misinformation and fallacy’s surrounding Pep11 Inc in particular the scope of the current Judicial Review and the outcomes relevant to BPH and MMR and MMR,s future under the compliance of its PDF with Pep11 denied moving forward in 2015 imo.
DB needs to show a plan for the market outside of Pep11 now for the greater market to even consider BPH or MMR moving forward imo, because under the current Federal and NSW State JA sadly for shareholders the Pep11 tenement is simply caught now in a constant state of denial now imo from the Federal and NSW state JA, because no one wants the Pep11 tenement anymore in Australia, bar the underwater share holders left holding the Pep11 junk scrip on market.
