Interesting that Scott and Albo mentioned in the same statement, yet it should be no surprise to anyone.

Current situation they have 1 and a half days to play their cards ( might of done so already and could be talking to our legal team )
If they have been talking to our legal team I think by now stock would have started to run. ( sorry but there is always some sort of leak in situations like this )

The Albo now is very different to the Albo 6 months ago think of him more like ScoMo Looks Arrogant seems Arrogant and maybe is starting to act Arrogantly.

Remember I have stated the Judge will not appreciate leaving things to the last minute. ( this will not sit well for them if they do )

The question is what will they do ?
So I will go first.

In the best interest for most shareholders.

I would like the government to defend ( As I think we will get a better outcome eventually)

For us I think getting the dirty laundry out in the open will just open up so many cans of worms that they will not be able to defend.

It might take longer and share price will fluctuate but in the end we could be better off.

I am not so sure about negotiating with these cowards. ( I do not trust them )

So we have a vote for Govt to defend. SCORE 1-0
