Me personally was expecting a subtle but noticeable spike in volume approaching this date. As I will concede that there is usually some form of leak as lawyers, surprisingly, are not bound by such harsh "insider trading" rules from my understanding regarding court cases. I did have a short conversation to a lawyer friend of mine who suddenly brought this up to me. I took a firm stance on my disagreement with absolute shock, and he shrugged his shoulders, "it's just how the game is written, play by the rules".
I am maintaining my position that they won't defend though, score 1-1 for the fun of it
