the governemnt used the same reasons as Scummbo.... and those reasons were conceived back in 2021. 4 years later the Albo govt has used the same reasons to refuse. They also had 2 years since the quashing of the scummbo decision to 'research' and 'refine' their evidence to present to court....
SSoooOoo now that we are on the eve of 25th June.. the Government is required to submit their defence to court tomorrow. There should be ZERO reasons/excuses by the Government to DELAY the submission. They have - as advised by the 'very knowledgeable ' people in here...lol - that the Government has 100000001 TOP FLIGHT Lawyers working for them and in particular on THIS PEP11 CASE!!!!.. lol
Should they NOT submit or request an extension of time....then there can be only ONE conclusion.......
25th is here.... we wait to seee or hear tomorrow and the days that follow...........
