Its actually up to Asset to agree or not. if they agree to a 'delay' then JJ will rule it that way.
If Asset disagree... then JJ has to decide.
IF i were Asset - unless it were a delay due to ongoing negotiations - then i would SAY HELLLL NO !!!!.... U have had enough time - YEARS!!!!!!!!!!.. to submit your defence!'
