Well my take.........the govt. have had ample time to put together and lodge their 'defence' - which should have been lodged today.
It wasn't.
So, either they were not ready to submit anything (surely govt. lawyers are not that incompetent) OR their actions are indefensible and they know how bad their case will look.
Therefore, what does that leave....?
I'm thinking negotiations are underway too!!
This one week wait is going to be excruciating.......
