If there is negotiations ongoing then i would susoect that there is much more then a nod and a wink.. everything would be communicated in writing....
soooo.. nod and wink or a handshake or written discussions...... whatever it is.... it is not just the norm right now..... that's my take and hope to be proven right on 2nd July......
