WHY ask for one week extension?..how does that DELAY anything/evidence that you are going to submit as your defence? If there is goood or baaaad in your submission - a one week extension is not going to change anything.
WE KNOW that the lawyers are talking.... that is why a consent order has been issued to extend by ONE week.
either the Government has FOUND a hail mary in the dying days of their defence preparations.....lol...... or there are other factors at play here....
And as I said previously...... Gas on the East Coast/Gas Shortages/Gas Prices/Gas Gas Gas AND the fact that the Government does NOT want a Court Mandated decision IMO................................. leads me to believe Negotiations!!
Lets see what the Government 'submits' by July 2nd..... hopefully it will be ANOTHER REQUEST FOR A CONSENT ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!
