I reckon it was Ed Husic who was sick last week. Advent would have sent him an affidavit stating, ‘Do you swear before the before this court that you brought a fair, impartial and open minded to the Pep 11 decision’. - Part of Ensigns play on the Caucus angle.
Surely Ed would be getting independent legal advice now that Albo hung him out to dry. Knowing full well that statement is a lie.
Needed a few sick days to swallow his contempt of court statements.
