    Here are my thoughts at this pint in time...The NSW government opposed the extension of PEP-11 in 2022 and reaffirmed its opposition this month. And now the NSW Liberals have promised to write new planning laws to topedo Pep-11 (see below), so you would think this leaves the NSW Joint Authority without any reasonable or adequate excuse not to immediately sign-off on his decision over Pep-11, leaving the Resources Minister Madeline King, the sole federal minister charged with deciding on PEP-11, to make the final decision. I mean MK can vetto the NSW JA's decision anyway, so in my mind it would be unreasonable for the NSW JA to hold off making the decision in order to prolong progress and throw a spanner in the works IMO.
