BPH - Please Request the Court Documents

*** The court is yet to decide whether to make the PEP11 documents public. If you haven't put in your request yet, please do it as soon as practical. We will not get to see these documents unless enough people request them and that convinces JJ that it is in the interest of the public to release them. Everyone should request access to these documents. As far as I can tell, the court has not classified this case as a "high profile" case lol... Therefore they are refusing to release anything to anyone.

But... if everyone who is a "public observer" wants to see justice served, you have a right to request access, and at the very least if they get 100+ requests, it will become "high profile" whether they like it or not.

Have a valid reason: public observer, "open justice", r2.32 "Inspection of Documents", etc...

It costs nothing to make the request, and if you don't want to pay the fee you don't have to.
