OK and if that's the case, there is grounds for commendation. So it's win win either way. They reasses and based on an 'invalid' decision which cost share holders 100s of millions of market value.. it's comp time. So it doesn't matter if they reject.
or they reasses and give it the green light. Both cases I'm significantly better off than i am now..
