Until.the unprecedented had taken place once such a NOPTA determination had been made, that was that and the Gov of the day allowed it to then take effect.

King should do exactly nothing really. The High Court
should declare Morrisons interference void and NOPTA decision gazetted.

That's what should/could happen.
