Thinking about it, if BPH does not have the MEC shares as per my previous post, then why:
- was the share issue to Protax nominated in the Appendix 3B as occurring on 25 October 2018 (Ref 1)?
- was the issue of the shares to Protax being being ratified in the notice for the AGM (Ref 2 - Resolution 9)?
- was Resolution 9 (ratification of the shares issued to Protax) voted on at the AGM (Ref 3)
From all of these, it looks as thought the Directors issued the shares to Protax without getting the MEC shares in return ???
Hopefully someone from BPH could enlighten us?
