I would take it back to you to get my money back. Because that's what you do when you have a written guarantee (in your example, a contract or agreement) and one party doesn't deliver. You don't spam HC threads endlessly wondering why you still haven't got your mony back.

Everything that there is to be discussed about BPH at this time has been. We know what they have cooking:

- Cortical IPO in the works which will hopefully provide a cash injection for use on other projects
- PEP-11 progress. Would be great to see a funding partner or a JV with a cashed up entity.
- Patagonia Genetics sending out bulk samples to potential buyers. Hoping to hear anything about the outcomes of these samples and what kind of response they get.



There are three fronts we can look forward to updates on, any of which could be de-risked substantially adding a lot of value in the process.
