They don't control the whole company. It isn't up to BPH. They own 4.47% with the abiltiy to convert up to 15.7%.
How hard is that to comprehend?
BPH don't decide what a company they own <5% of do to raise capital.
Someone who claims to be in markets for over 30 years should understand this simple concept.
