What exactly do you want BPH to horde cash in the bank for? Their investments take care of themselves. Also if you actually did want to talk about cash in the bank, look at exactly what happens to it, all of the profits just go straight to the directors every year. The objectives of the company are not soley their own, therefore they don't bare the full financial responsibility of any venture. Instead the "company structure" does... So if you want to assess this "cash in bank" situation fairly, you would have to look at the company structure in its entirety.
